thanksgiving break

so lately...
thanksgiving was nice. sean and i went over to anneliese's home and i fixed apple and pumpkin pie. everyone said they were good. but i know the pumpkin was too dry. ava also joined us. matty and anneliese's new baby. she's beautiful.

i also went to see the dead sea scrolls in raleigh. it was pretty amazing to see one of the oldest things on this earth. there were too many people there.

hmm... and i bought a washer and dryer. it is so nice. i think it will change my life. i will not have to save up my quarters and bring laundry home. yah! it makes me feel wonderful. not grown up like gail said, but more complete. my life is coming together in winston. i'm hoping for some new adventure. although i had a fit this past week. i got so homesick it hurt. i'll be alright.

i'm now trying to get together all my xmas presents for everyone. i'm about half way done. i've gotten my close friends and sister about finished. they need their final touches. but everyone is getting inexpensive items seeing as how i have NO money. but i think they'll appreciate the thought. i'm going with themes this year. it makes the present a lot easier.
